"Excellent location, the studio is very cute and cozy. The only thing that is missing is that they should remove the rug that is in the studio. It is stained and it looks dirty. The floor is beautiful and it doesn’t need a rug. Besides the “rug”, my stay was perfect! Definitely, I would stay again! "

Achamos o quarto bem apertado e cama muito pequena, ainda mais considerando que são idosos e que um deles é um pouco obeso e a cama não acomodou os dois com conforto. A limpeza muito ruim. Sujeira no chão e muito pó nos móveis. Para eles, que são idosos, o sistema todo informatizado/ tecnológico é inviável. Não conseguiam fazer nenhum procedimento de liberação de acesso sozinhos."

Their system only works if you have WhatsApp and they respond really slow- then you get a message to go to website to check in, and when that works you can enter the building. The property is so great but their attempt to have no personal interface with you at the building wasted a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration. "

"Although we ran across some issues during our stay, overall we enjoyed this accommodation for the really great amenities (rooftop area, lounge & well-equipped gym) and the modern feel of the building and room. The room has a well-stocked mini kitchen area and plenty of storage/closet space. The shower was a bit of a challenge to figure out but ultimately worked fine. The air conditioner started to drip a bit of water every now and then and the bathroom was covered with flies in the...
