"This was a super unique stay and was really pleased with the easy safe parking and the supplied toilet and kitchen block for the property. Could use some labels on the plug sockets but that could just be my OCD ways. Really unique and fairly priced stay, im sure we will be back again maybe to try another part of the site. Thanks for making a very unique experience."

"stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"Excellent place, definitely would use it again and the place was clean and tidy and beds and chairs comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and it’s very central. Parking was free 6pm to 8am a five minute walk away. "

"This is a charming property and could not be better placed in terms of access to the castle and cathedral. The check-in lady was so kind and helpful so one could not ask for more there. The only criticism I have was that there is no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. This makes rather a dull shower unless prewarned. "We had a lovely stay. The house had everything we needed. Good location with easy parking. The owner was there on arrival and showed us around, which was very helpful! The only thing which wasn't clear on the listing (I also looked on other sites) was that the garden is not fully fenced and with a river at the bottom of the garden, children would need to be supervised at all times. I would recommend this place. The hot tub was great!"

"Had a lovely relaxing break with my partner and another couple. We stayed Friday-Sunday. Lodge was beautiful and clean. Hot tub was excellent and got cleaned whilst we were there. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "
