Die Übergabe des Hauses durch die Gastgeber (auf deren Villengrundstück das Gästehaus steht) war sorgfältig und gewissenhaft, alles wissenswerte und notwendige ist zusätzlich noch in einem Hausbuch zusammengefasst.Die Lage des Hauses entspricht der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut (gilt auch für die Küche, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist,)!
