Nice, chic and priceworthy chalet with 2 bedrooms for 4 persons and private pool only 500m from Conil de la Frontera, with wifi This home offers 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and each two single beds, an American kitchen with washing-machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, dining-table with 4 chairs, complete bathroom with tub and shower, living room with 2 sofas, fireplace and international SAT TV.
On demand the owner provides a crib for babies and electrical heating in winter.
Around the terrace and the pool there are tropical plants and a lawn, a cute covered outdoor-kitchen for your evening-barbecue next to your private pool, a table, chairs and deck-chairs.
You enter the plot through an automatic gate, otherwise it is fully protected by a wall.
In the vicinity there are some more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet. The distance to the beaches is just 2 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants only 1.000mtrs = ten minutes walking.
The next house, Casa MARINAS, is almost identical and can also be rented – perfect for two families !

We had a nice stay at Casa Miriam. The Villa caretakers were responsive by phone but speak very little English so please be aware if your Spanish isn’t great. Supermarkets are very conveniently located close by and the walk into the main town is achievable but uphill on the route back which could be slightly challenging. A hire car is probably recommended. The Villa space was ideal for our party and the villa was well stocked with amenities, although the pool was fairly cold but possibly to be expected for this time of year.

Das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten waren nicht was wir erhofft hatten. Die Küche macht nicht Lust zum Kochen. Jedoch der Pool und der Garten waren absolut gut. Nachdem niemand zur abgemachten Zeit für die Schlüsselabgabe kam, telefonierte ich mehrmals mit dem Vermieter, der mich jedoch nicht richtig verstand. Die Agentur war leider nicht erreichbar. Nach 1.1/4 Std. schrieb ich ein sms auf spanisch und es kam eine nette junge Frau, welche sich auch entschuldigte.

Lovely accommodation
Perfect for what we needed. Clean, private and well appointed. We used Casa Miriam as a base for visiting local beaches and for trips to Seville and Cadiz. The small swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip to cool off.

Lovely small villa with pool
Clean, private and well appointed house. The street address provided was not quite accurate - the villa is on a side street, 150m off the named road. The owner was quick to provide assistance when we called for directions. Would recommend this as a base for the area.

Rustige vakantiewoning voorzien van voldoende faciliteiten op 500m van het dorp Conil.
Goed onderhouden huis met voldoende keukengerei,TV,magnetron,elekrtische kookplaat,koffiezetapparaat,wasmachine, frigo. 4 enkele bedden in 2 kamers, bad met douche en wastafel. Ligstoelen aan het wekelijks onderhouden zwembad. Parkeren achter een gesloten poort op het domein. Het huisje ligt in een rustige buurt en de locatie is vrij goed om uitstapjes te maken. De sleutelbeheerders zijn vriendelijke mensen en bereidt om je uit de nood te helpen. De Wfif werkt wel maar is nogal nukkig, satteliettv heeft geen internationaal netwerk. Barbecue buiten met een eettafel en een wasbak. Ik heb er 26 relaxte dagen doorgebracht.

Mejor de lo que esperabamos
Sin duda es uno de los mejores alojamientos a los que hemos ido. A la llegada todo estaba limpio y en su sitio. Los electrodomesticos impecables. La piscina en condiciones inmejorables y la barbacoa limpia y lista para usar. El jardin cuidado y el interior de la casa ordenado y limpio al igual que la ropa de cama y las toallas. El exterior muy cuidado incluida la puerta del garaje. Todo funcionabaca la perfeccion. Ibamos andando sl pueblo y todos los servicios estaban cerca. Hemos pensado volver a Conil en un par de años y tenemos claro donde nos vamos ha alojar. Felicitaciones a los propietarios y a los cuidores

Toller Urlaub in einem niedlichen Haus
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche allerdings kleiner als erwartet. Der Garten bzw. das Grundstück sind toll gepflegt, der Pool ist schnell unser Aufenthaltsmittelpunkt geworden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch aufgrund der überdachten Terrasse inklusive Außengrill. Das Häuschen hat den typischen andalusischen Flair, nach dem wir auch gesucht hatten. Genügend Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt und eine Weinflasche als Gastgeschenk wartete bei Ankunft schon auf uns - dafür ein großes Dankeschön!Leider empfanden wir die Schlüsselübergabe als sehr problematisch: die mitgegebene Wegbeschreibung entsprach nicht ganz dem Treffpunkt, außerdem spricht die Kontaktperson vor Ort für den Schlüssel nur Spanisch. Die Umgebung des Casa Miriam wirkt ruhig, leider aber sehr viele kläffende Hunde, die Rund um die Uhr am bellen sind - für uns ein großer Nachteil an der Gegend. Das Haus können wir jedoch absolut weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Perfekte Ferien
Wir haben im Sommer unsere Ferien in der Casa Miriam verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das kleine Häuschen liegt fussläufig zu Conil und den Stränden in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub im tiefen Süden benötigt. Vorallem die überdachte Terrasse mit Grill am Pool haben wir oft genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, der Kontakt unkompliziert. In Conil selbst, aber auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu tun und zu entdecken. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa Miriam
Hallo! Wir sind am 15.09.17 am Casa Miriam angekommen und wieder am 29.09.17 abgereist. Das Haus fanden wir in tadellos sauberem Zustand vor. Dieses ist für vier Personen gerade so ausreichend, wobei der Kleiderschrank in den Schlafzimmern doch sehr klein war und man quasi teilweise aus dem Koffer leben musste. Die Außenanlage war toll und für vier Personen voll ausreichend. Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden, würden aber künftig für 4 Personen ein größeres Haus wählen, wie z. B. das Casa Noe, in welchem wir 2013 mit einem anderen Ehepaar in Ulaub waren. Ebenfalls ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Darüberhinaus hatten wir die ganzee Zeit tolles Sommerwetter. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und werden Conil sicher noch öfters besuchen. Vielen Dank R. Engel
