So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are super thin with no sound insulation. I could literally hear the people in the unit above me talking normally, every word. "This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. "The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria."
