The location is exceptional, a quiet, private beautiful Victorian era house right on the Sound. The house is roomy, immaculate and very well equipped. "We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!"

"This multi-level house is literally right next to the water. It feels like you are hovering over the water. There are incredible views from every floor and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy every angle. Seven of us stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the long deck provides access for fishing, a boat rental, and space just to lounge. Jeany was extremely helpful and very responsive.
