"A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem...

It’s decorated beautifully, particularly the bathrooms although the shower temperature was a little temperamental but manageable. We visited in late march and while the outside temperature was ambient the temperature inside our room was very high and the aircon was still set to heat. We did speak to the staff about this and were told to try opening the windows instead but the proximity to the river meant...
