"We have never been to Mt Baker. The house is less than 4 minutes from Glacier for cafe, restaurants and groceries. Last stop before driving up to Mt Baker, which was about a fast 30 slow 45 windy drive up the mountain. Having the hot tub to soak apres ski was brilliant. So quiet and peaceful in the country side. The King size bed was very cozy. Lot's to watch on TV with netflix, hulu, prime etc.. and the fireplace added to the coziness. Bonus was the drying rack for boots and supplied flip flops...

"This rental was just what I needed. It was close to family in Sedro Woolley, in addition to being a great location for enjoying all this area of the PNW has to offer. The space is comfortable and had everything I needed to feel settled during my stay. Do bring some earplugs if you might be bothered by the occasional train noise. "

"This property in Maple Falls is the 2nd and 3rd floors of a small A frame cabin just above the offices for Mt. Baker Lodging, which is right on the Mt. Baker Hwy. (542) There is one parking space and access to the cabin is via steep stairs in the backside. For a budget cabin everything is okay, but it’s all very dated and basic. "This place is AMAZING!! Seriously-my family’s only complaint was that we only stayed one night and it was too short. If we had any clue beforehand as to just how lovely of a place this was, we would have stayed our entire vacation here. The cabin was decorated so cute that I wanted to take pictures of all the rooms. We all love coffee and they had such a fun coffee setup with all kinds of options. "Our stay was during the rainy month of late October and even though the weather was drizzly. The surrounding trees allowed us to enjoy the outside space as much as possible. Trips to the hot tub, outhouse, and outside kitchen were protected from the rain drops by the majestic canopy. The inside space was the perfect respite from wind and rain. We enjoyed our escape from home."

"The wall of windows looking out at Skagit River was spectacular. Having that view from the spacious living room/dining area with its fireplace, exposed rock-faced chimney, and comfy sofas made it a wonderful place to relax. With the cabin's proximity to town, we got take-out so we could dine in the beautiful cabin instead! The cabin is dog-friendly with its fenced yard, and it was just a short walk to the public trail down to the shoreline of the river. "
