"We were not provided this suite we reserved/prepaid. Upon arrival we were given an address several blocks from the suite we requested. The AC did not work - the room was very warm."

"Everything good. Just one thing they can improve on . Check in information for someone one that has no Wi-Fi is a little difficult since doors are controlled by WiFi app. Also they have air conditioning in room but not in the rest of the house which was hot and unbearable."
