"Beautiful grounds along the River Tay with woodland walks. Close to Dunkeld town. Spa facilities at the hotel are very good with a decent sized pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym available to guests. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Used both the bar and restaurant for evening meals. Service very good and food excellent. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Looking forward to returning here. "

"Hotel, grounds and location were very good. Unfortunately the spa facilities were a let down. Pool are was cold and unsuitble for relaxing. Steam room was cool and sauna had draft coming in. Other residents hogging the hot tub and not vacating it during cleaning cycle."

(I did request quiet room away from traffic but didn’t anticipate being disturbed by other noises). We were hearing the staff chatting, laughing etc early morning and the swing doors nearby were really annoying as they were used regularly and were quite noisy and late in evening and early morning was obviously more noticeable and...
