"I was disappointed that I wasn't advised of the $200 bond that was taken from me and will take 7 days from checkout to lob back into my account. I was also disappointed that I phoned down to let them know that my air-conditioner wasn't working on a 41° day and still after an hour no one had been up to have a look or fix it. I then had to go down to reception and remind them that no one has still been to my room to look at the air-conditioner turns out it just needed new batteries, not that hard"
