"Fantastic, comfortable apartment in the heart of Como. Short walk from train station with bags and close to everything. Very comfortable bed with all the mod cons in the apartment, including washing machine. Only downside was the stairs, we didn’t find that a problem but others might. Oh and it was very quiet which was appreciated after some long days. Maria was a great host, answering our questions promptly and looking after us, thanks Maria, greatly appreciated. "Excellent location Staff were very friendly. Room was nothing special , clean and decent size. Bed was very comfortable. Something was happening beside our room that was very noisy for 30-45 minutes at night , like construction. Breakfast was very decent. "

"I believe I was in the annex room, so its probably a bit different than the other rooms. My room was large and tastefully accessorized. The property is in a great location. Super friendly staff completes the picture. My only recommendation is to upgrade electrical outlets with USB ports for charging travelers electronics. "
