"1st time here and 7 of us in total + 2 dogs. Good location walking distance from supermarket and boulongerie. Great covered veranda to sit and eat under. Best pool we’ve ever had for cleanliness. Good sized downstairs bedroom. Doubles upstairs but smaller. House was well equipped for glasses and kitchen equipment. Lots of bity thing’s outside but that’s normal for south of France."

"Super séjour à Pont Saint-Esprit. La maison était fantastique, la vue imprenable et la localisation parfaite. La piscine a été d'un grand secours lors des chaudes journée. "Our stay at this beautiful house outside Uzes was most pleasant. Everything was pretty much as described with the only exception being the second bathroom. This was located in the spa which is outside the house. We were a bit worried with a family of seven and only one bath in the house, but it worked out fine. "I challenge you to find a better property. If you desire a spacious well-appointed property in a fabulous location, then this is the property for you. Location - you are within a comfortable walk to Uzes centre yet far enough away to not have to worry about being crowded by the Wednesday and Saturday markets. Intermarche is only 2 mins drive if you're looking for a larger supply, otherwise three smaller shops are available in walking distance in the old town. Accommodation - three generous...

"We so enjoyed our holiday in this ideally located cosy cottage with its fantastic pool which was used daily. We were able to walk to the pretty market town of Uzes with its amazing array of shops and restaurants,on a quiet path behind the house. Nimes with its impressive Roman history and lots of beautiful countryside were easily accessible. Our host, Veronique, was very friendly and extremely conscientious at meeting our needs. "What a wonderful place to get together with our extended family. The pool was spotless, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room to have time out if needed. The showers in some of the rooms are not for the curvier body, as very narrow entrances, but there's enough other showers in the house, so not a problem. "A lovely, clean and new property. Hosts Christine and Jean-Christophe were very warm and welcoming, they gave us lots of great local tips for stores and tourist attractions. They were always quick to communicate with us when we had questions. We'd definitely stay here again."

"Mrs. Ficat was an excellent host during our stay and was very responsive when questions were asked or help was needed. The house was as advertised and had things to do for children of all ages. There is a cleaning fee and deposit, but Mrs. Ficat was very reasonable with any issues that popped up during checkout. Overall, we had a great stay and we will definitely recommend this property to future vacationers."

"We had an excellent fortnight in this beautiful house. The terrace and pool were particularly welcome as we were there during the 2022 heatwave. The house is well placed for visits to Provence, the Ardeche and Montpellier, as well as Uzes and Nimes. Note that the house does have fans in the bedrooms (despite what an earlier review says). Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance but kept reasonably at bay with a coil on the terrace and plug ins at night. Overall I would strongly recommend this...

"Stunning location and property had a rustic charm to it. There are plenty of places to visit with great restaurants and cafes. Beaches were fabulous, as were many other places that we found or that were recommended to us. Could’ve benefited from a 3rd toilet and shower at the poolside, but we managed without. Overall, fantastic property and facilities. "

Clean, well located hotel

"The hotel is well situated close to the train station. It is an easy walk to the Papal Palace or around town. The room was clean and well kept and the breakfast was plentiful. It helped make Avignon a fun stay."
