Wer Ruhe sucht für den ist es eher nichts. unsere Vermieterin war jederzeir ansprechbar, jedoch mussten wir bei 4 übernachtungen schon 1200 Euro zahlen und im Oktober war es zudem nicht mehr ganz so warm somit wurde anstandslos die Heizung angestellt jedoch mussten wir für 2 Tage heizen nochmal 20 Euro Heizkosten zahlen. Nicht gerade freundlich zumal wir die Wohnung nur morgens und abends genutzt haben. "

Allerdings führt unten die Durchgangsstraße entlang, wodurch man auch etwas den Verkehr hört. Die Zufahrt von der Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich steil, aber sehr gut gepflaster und breit genug, so dass man es mit etwas Schwung problemlos hinauf schafft. "Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Especially the view is great and the garden is ideal for kids, (fully fenced!) and well taken care of (the gardener arrived just when we left). There's a slide, a grill and an inflatable kids pool which made a big difference! Also we were happy with the nice baby bed. And communication with the owner was excellent. "We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again."

"A fantastic setting with views to spoil you forever. Clean and tidy house, however we encountered some issues. A shower had been removed from the top bathroom, which we were not informed about, making our stay difficult as we were two adult couples and all had to share a shower downstairs. The bathroom and second bedroom upstairs have limited head height and you will bump your head. The second bedroom is really only for children!! "This house has some great spaces. The decks are wonderful. Parking space is adequate. Location is close to the center of Stresa but not walkable. There were some problems. The house could have been cleaner. Spiders and spider webs. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were musty despite the dehumidifier that was running constantly. The bathrooms and kitchen on the lower level had mold. There are no screens on the windows. A microwave and hair dryer would have been nice."

Gemütlichkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hauses, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten (Sofa, Sessel, Liegestühle...) für alle Gäste gemeinsam gibt es weder drinnen noch draußen.
