"Property in great shape. Staff wonderful. Mattresses good quality so we slept well. But you could hear everything going on outside your door like people were standing in the room with you and it was 43 degrees when we arrived and no one thought to at least turn the heat on in the room before we arrived. Other than that everything was good."

"I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. Luckily we went down the street and found a room, attendant told us to be glad we didn’t stay there cause the place is bad news…….. "
