"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

The room was very tatty lots of broken item's in the bathroom, shower very weak and cold, toilet seat broken, hand rail in shower missing, sink tap very dirty, no plug in sink. Electricity went off twice during stay. The tissues box never had tissues in. The carpet in bedroom was wet. When we tried to complain they said they didn't understand English so couldn't help"
