"Close to everything in Joplin, quiet neighborhood, minimal to no traffic and everything in the location is clean, modern and just as described. The check in process was very painless and the host was quick to respond even after check out. The place has a pretty big enclosed backyard and the enclosure is private. There is parking right next to entryway which is only two steps. "

Instead of staying in a Hotel we decided to give VRBO a try. Best thing we did! Even had snow and the sidewalk was salted so we didn’t slip and fall. Nice touch! "
