"The hotel was cool but Sonesta takes FOREVER to return the $100 incidental fee. I just checked out today but the Royal Sonesta is Chicago took 40 days. Overall the hotel was comfortable while I was visiting town to bury my father."

"The staff person upon arrival was so sweet and helpful. I had surgery that day and couldn't walk and needed a wheelchair. The receptionist provided me with one and also helped me and my mother upstairs to our room with our luggage. The receptionist that came on after her was not so accommodating. "I booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel area location is great, its near the fort Benning, because we attened the graduation of our son in the army here. I noticed one thing in here, they are short staffed in the afternoon, they dont have any housekeeping to clean some of the several rooms that were empty. "I love this place "

"We came down for a military graduation with family. The house was super convenient and while it was on the main road, it was quiet inside. The house had lots of character and charm and plenty of space. It was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area! "
