"Fantastic place to stay in the University area, several theaters nearby for concert/shows, and Forrest Park is nearby. Downtowm is 10 min drive. Hotel ambiance is great, staff is friendly, valet available & has own lot for easy parking behind hotel. The rooftop bar is great to check out & food is good. Lots of thimgs to do nearby like bowling, mini golf, and local shops/boutiques. Iconic place - celebrities were there during my stay. "

"In town for the NCAA Tournament with my son. Staff was friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was honesty the best hotel free breakfast I have had in 5 years if travel hockey. The parking garage is secured after dark to protect your cars and personal safety coming and going into the hotel. The area around the hotel is clean, well lit, and feels safe. It is downtown in a major city, so be smart. However there was no feeling of threats. Work out room was small, but clean with free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Pool was large, clean, and not overcrowded when we were there. Hot tub was hot, clean and relaxing. The tub is in an area where people walking from above can see you. Housekeeping, did a fine job with the rooms. One complaint would be that housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30am to ask if we wanted towels or to refill anything in the bathroom. I don't think housekeeping should knock on someone's door at 8:30 in the morning. Overall I would stay at the hotel again. "

"We loved all of the staff. Restaurants and bar were superb. Great to walk through their art museum. Excellent location in walking distance of Stifel and Enterprise Center. Hope to visit again soon!"

"One of the best hotel experiences in a while. Every single staff member we encountered was excellent from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurants to the bar (especially Jake and his sister). The location was great with just a short walk to Busch Stadium and right next to the Arch which we enjoyed the view from our room. Loved the scent in the lobby!!! The one thing I didn’t care for was the sheets, and the pillows could be upgraded a bit. While this hotel is older and the rooms are a bit “worn” the service we received from staff made up for it. Great job Hyatt! We’ll definitely stay here again."
