"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. "This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."

"Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso.
