Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please note that there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the unit.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you’re bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee: $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.
