"We love the Colonial Beach area! This is our third vacation in the area and this house was fantastic. Great location with short walks to awesome restaurants and close to the water. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Marcie (owner) was very accommodating in changing our reservations at the last minute due a major snowstorm in mid-February, but we were easily able to shift our reservation to mid-March thanks to her flexibility and assistance. She left us some great St Patrick’s Day treats upon checkin. We will definitely be back again soon and hopefully this house will be available once more.Thanks again to Marcie, VRBO, and the Evolve team!"

"What an amazing property! The owners were both friendly and accommodating. I did come during the offseason so the food choices around the area were limited due to them being closed. I stayed in the James Monroe suite and it was wonderful. The bed could have been a little bit softer but not too bad overall. Breakfast was amazing!"

The property is well maintained and has a private backyard. And they are dog friendly. I travel with my dog all the time and I really needed a spot to stay on short notice that allowed dogs. 10 stars from me."
