The unit itself was super, the complex is in need of some refurbishment, but it did not negatively impact our stay. We absolutely would stay here again! "There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. "The Riu Plaza was great for the accomadatioms. We had a little mix up with booking in the beginning but they were really professional about it and got it handled. The Pool area was clean and nice to hang out at. The breakfast included was GREAT. The 3 restaurants were great also and the food from Ibiza outside dining for dinner was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of Rui was perfect and very Uber friendly. The view from the Hotel of on the right floor was excellent as well . I would recommend this spot to anyone coming to visit Panamá City. "
