"We were a group of 7 adults and had a nice weekend stay. The house was clean and well furnished and the outdoor area is great. When I contacted the host with questions a few days before our stay they got back to me quickly. The only negatives were: a few of the items they said were included in the listing were actually not (firewood, paper towel, no hand soap in the kitchen); the bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub but only a handheld attachment for showers (it is not mounted) which...

"This is a gorgeous property set in beautiful landscape of Apple and cherry orchards. Close to just about everything your group desires, wineries, breweries and charming restaurants and shops. Perfect for adults and kid’s alike. Beautifully decorated farmhouse and cozy decadent rooms, clean and picturesque!! We loved it!"

"What a pleasant place for a large family to gather to enjoy time together. From the peaceful setting to breakfasts around the kitchen table to afternoons by the amazing pool, this property has it all. Located close to lots of great activities, this is a great place for a home base while you explore Lake Michigan, antique shopping, great restaurants, wineries, and more. Highly recommended!"

"Our group of 5 women (all 65+) had a great time. The pool was awesome, and the owner keeps it up nicely. The pool stairs and handrail are just what our group needed. Our host responded freaky fast when we had our one snafu (lighting the grill) so we had no problems at all. That being said, this is probably better suited for a young family due to a few smaller sized rooms and the stairs. We definitely appreciated having the privacy and the kitchen is well stocked, even for this picky group."

"We were able to relax on the generous deck. The kitchen was functional for many to visit and work at the same time The large family room with couches was great for watching the World Cup on the huge TV, disappointing as the outcome was. The many bedrooms accommodated our large family very well."

"We were in the region for my daughter's wedding at Hidden Vinyard Wedding Barn. Family and close friends were able to stay with us and it made the four nights feel like one long extended visit with people we don't get to see often. The house was very well equipped with kitchen equipment and dishes and was comfortable inside and out with areas to gather and relax, play cards or swim (though it was getting a little cold!), and the fire pit was cozy too with the nice Adirondack chairs. "Great communication, great spot for smores, love the basement, well stocked! if you stay in July the temp upstairs is very hot unless you figure out how to hold the AC temp lower on main floor, and it doesn't return to normal settings after 8hrs on its own. I would definitely come back as the relaxing setting is just right for vaca!"

"We didn’t do a big family vaca this summer. We wanted to do something low key and relaxing. We did a long weekend here. This house is very clean and perfect for us. It was my husband and I, our 3 kids(15, 11, 11) and my in-laws. We had plenty of room and beds to sleep in. The house was very comfortable climate wise. We all found the beds to be comfortable and we all slept well. The property was so nice. You are out in a the middle of corn fields and soy beans. If I had to say anything...

"The accomodations for this stay were amazing! The home is beautiful as well as the property! So convenient to visit many little harbor towns. The only issue we has was the bunk bed rooms. The mattresses on these beds were very unforgiving(especially considering adults were sleeping in lower bunk) the other 2 main rooms and beds were extremely comfortable! So very dog friendly and thoughtful touches and attention to detail. We highly recommend this atay! "

"We love this spot and will come back, either in the Fall to sit around the fire on the patio or next year for Blueberry season. The stars at night were lovely. You're close to Douglas/Saugatuck and can enjoy all they have to offer but return 'home' for quiet evenings and mornings (with a lovely rooster next door). The goodies were much appreciated! On the next visit, we want to tour the artist studio :) "

Took a 15 min drive to Jollay Orchards for apple picking and fall activities too. Would highly recommend! "
