"We had a wonderful holiday. The house is very clean and pool was so warm. Stephanie was brilliant, always at the end of the phone to help. The views are beautiful from the terrace. We were 2 family’s staying and there was definitely enough space for us all. "We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"We stayed for 2 weeks over the summer with our 2 boys aged 9 and 13. The house is in a great location for the beach and for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The panoramic views are exceptional and the house is rustic but has been beautifully styled. I would recommend the house for a family but maybe not for very young children as the spiral staircase is steep and there are lots of steps and sharp drops in the garden and pool area. "We enjoyed our vacation at the property. Everything was as expected and the location, amenities, and cleanliness was top notch. There is some room for improvement with the quality of the mattresses as we found them uncomfortable. A later checkout time would be beneficial to request if/when possible."

All the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished and it’s very well equipped throughout, especially the kitchen. "A great villa, very well furnished especially the outside space around a fabulous pool. The property is an excellent size for a family with a great range of equipment. The location is extremely quiet but easy access to the local village of Flayosc which had lovely square and far more restaurants than I thought it would have. We had an amazing time and loved the Villa."

"Lovely clean villa. Well equipped with everything you need. Communiction with owners very easy considering my French, ashamably, is very poor. You'll need a car but just a 10 minute drive from the port where there are some lovely restaurants, and same distance to clean sandy beach. A great relaxing holiday."
