"I stayed for three nights in February of 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was nice and clean and the king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably so I was able to make use of the patio and dock space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Leesburg area. "

Its location provided quick access to both Mentone and Fort Payne to visit local markets and eateries. The only thing I could remotely site as a negative was our ability to hear conversation/snoring of occupants in the adjacent spaceI. Aside from the I recommend booking a stay. "

"It made Valentine’s weekend memorable, and having a beautiful woman was just an addition that was over the top. Everything was perfect, I’m planning to go back, but this time rent both properties for the entire family to experience the beauty of the waterfalls. "This cottage is exactly what you expect a southern lakefront carriage to be. The space was perfect for the 6 of us. Each couple had a bedroom and there was plenty of space to sit and visit or share a meal. The back porch overlooking Lake Guntersville is screened in and such a wonderful place to enjoy nature with a good book. Parking was not an issue either as the driveway is long and had plenty of room for our three trucks and two boats. This is our second time booking this property and we hope...

"First, the pictures do not do this home justice. It is so beautiful and in a beautiful setting. The home is spacious with all the amenities a family needs for a wonderful getaway. Such a cozy feel. Enjoy the big windows overlooking the lake. The shower and bath in the master bathroom was our favorite! Everything was clean and we had anything we could have possibly needed for an enjoyable weekend. The front door is a little tricky to get into so that might need to be worked on but aside from that...

"We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. The location is excellent because it is close to town, Brow Park (gorgeous sunsets!!), and DeSoto Park. The cottage itself is adorable and the perfect size. The kitchen was a dream come true and I enjoyed baking in the double ovens.. the living room is comfortable, the bathroom was plenty big, and the beds were very comfy. We hope...

"I really enjoyed staying here! I decided to come by myself and just get some peace, quiet, and relaxation. It was very comfortable. Loved the shower. A few Japanese beetles decided to come in, but no big deal as I get them sometimes at my home. Cell service is spotty, but to be honest....it was actually a blessing to be able to kind of disconnect. I will definitely be re-booking here in the near future! Thank you guys so much!"
