"Loved the staff and the room was excellent. It’s right above the Galleria Umberto, but it’s nice and quiet at night, even with the ruckus during the day. Breakfast was amazing and loved the coffee. You can’t drive up to the front, since it’s a pedestrian only street, but park next to the Teatro and put your blinkers on and get across the street. A bit of garbage and one homeless guy sleeping near the entrance to the Galleria, but it felt safe."
