"Well run accommodation catering to the needs of early morning flight travellers. It does this very well. Clean bathrooms and room with ample sockets for devices handily located next to the beds. Early afternoon check in was much appreciated. Basic breakfast and ok coffee included from 3:30am. 5 mins easy walk to the airport security queue. AC wouldn't go below 23c. "This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "
