"This was a great find, and a very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful, the room was very spacious, the location to the Lynx Blue Line was perfect. The only thing that I am disappointed about is that I left some clothing items behind, and never got them back. I also, had to keep calling about them, and never got an apology from anyone. I’m not sure why the cleaning staff didn’t turn them in, but the pants were a gift from my sons….a major bummer. "

"I was in need of a place to rest after 2 days of weather related flight cancellations and a 10.5 hour layover. It was a reasonable price, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and on time. "

"Charlotte,NC is one of my new favorite places to visit. 15 minutes from airport. Hotel is in central location surrounded by many great restaurants. Sports arena, museums and some local parks to enjoy while walking around. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A delicious dessert dish was sent to our room for our anniversary trip. Can’t wait to visit again !"
