"I would happily stay here again, the house is comfortable and very well equipped. There is plenty of space to relax. You can easily walk to the beach, cafes and super market. The area is very nice - sea and mountains. The owner was very friendly and relaxed, but also very quick to answer any messages. "

Lo unico que hay detalles descuidados en cableado y la plaza de aparcamiento no es como tal. Son espacios al aire libre, en zona comunitaria, que ocupa el primero que llega. "We had an amazing holiday, the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The children loved the pool and the tennis court. It was great having a private garage. Thank you Jose for welcoming us and fitting WiFi. The local beaches are stunning and there are some great walks in the area."

"Rober and his wife are very kind and supportive and gave us a lot of hints for locations to visit. The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. We enjoyed to drink a fresh lemon from the garden and sit in front of the house, looking at the splendid mountain panorama in front of us. Many thanks for this nice and relaxing stay, regards, A & C"

"We had a terrific week in Gonzalo & Ana's villa. It had everything we needed, plus a excellent pool in the garden. Gonzalo & Ana were very welcoming when they met us and the property was very clean and well equipped. It's a great base for exploring the Northern coast of Spain. We went to Bilbao, Burgos and Haro during our visit, each providing a different experience of Northern Spain and its culture. Thank you so much Gonzalo & Ana. "

"A really fantastic house and host. Everything you need for lots of fun, a fab kitchen, terrace, garden, bbq and great rooms. We were 4 families with kids between 6 months and 9 years and came in August and it was perfect. Emma was a fantastic host, especially great on communicating with us all the way through and i'd absolutely recommend anyone to stay!"

"Funny how life works sometimes. We had our eye on a place closer to Santander, with a view of the bay, but unusual payment issues with that prospective host prevented the rental from going through. "Lovely apartment great location. It is a great location, right in the middle of things. It can be a bit noisy, particularly on the weekends but the windows are sealed and we have no trouble with it. We enjoy being able to walk to the Mercado Esperanza and get fresh seafood to cook or to go to the many excellent bars and restaurants in the area. Love the place will stay again our next trip."
