"The hotel is beautiful! On the river with the gurgle sound of the river to fall asleep to. Ana, who checked us in, was the most wonderful person you could ever imagine. So welcoming and kind. She also made the food for the breakfast banquet that is offered ! Trust me, you don’t want to miss that!"

"This place is listed as having a lift. It does not! Kitchen equipment lacking or not working well. Symbols on oven have been scrubbed off and had to guess right setting and even then it took ages to reach temperature. No toaster and no kettle. Manager did not respond to questions when we booked. King size bed is 160cm (ie UK king and not 180cm King). Blinds/shutters are old and do not work properly. Street noise expected but worse due to lack of double glazing.
