"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

"What a lovely home, perfectly situated in a beautiful town in such an amazing region. A great base from which to explore Umbria. We stayed 5 nights but would loved to have stayed 2 weeks. Maybe next time! Thanks to our host Andrea for making us feel welcome and providing great tips. For the uninitiated in old towns, if you plan to drive, navigating narrow streets of Spello can be very stressful and finding this house was quite tricky (but well worth it). "I’m factoring in price, location, the house and the area for this review and I’ve considered heavily that this villa is very inexpensive compared to others. The views and property are amazing, I’ve stayed in $3000 a week villas that didn’t have as good of a view as here. The area is also amazing, all of the roads and towns surrounding the villa are great, no industrial parks, minimal billboards, lots of local businesses etc.. everything you’d expect from an Italian countryside. "We really had an amazing staying in Villa Pambuffetti Relais, in Bevagna. It is has a wonderful historical villa, completely restored with excellent taste for good design. It is surrounded by a beautiful lawn with fruit and olive trees and it has a new large infinity pool with solarium. Everything went perfect (better than expected). The Villa, the location and the owner made everything simply fantastic! Looking forward to come back with family & friends!"

"We spent a wonderful week at Domus Clara! The communication with Luisa was very easy and she always responded right away. The house is lovely with everything you would need for your stay. It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. But it is really the outside spaces that make this home awesome! It was very hot during our visit and the pool was great...

"Das sehr große Haus liegt wunderschön abseits von Camerino in einem parkähnlichen Grundstück. Für uns war die Lage und Ausstattung perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit - die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und kleine „Probleme“ wurden extrem schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Insgesamt haben wir (12 Personen mit einem Hund) die Tage dort sehr genossen!"

"Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. We could not have imagined a better place to start the rest of our lives!...
