"Have stayed several times and can't fault for proximity to city centre/green space but pretty quiet. It is nice if a little dated but beds are very comfortable. Was in a single room this time and it was in need of touching up. Have stayed in Coach House behind previously which was perhaps more recently done up. There is plenty of space to relax in the lounge bar area and airy conservatory at the rear, well maintained garden area. Good menu (although personally have only had snack or cream tea....
