"This hotel was conveniently located for my business trip. The receptionist at check in was extremely helpful, efficient and polite. The room was excellent with everything that I needed for a 2 night stay. Car parking is also convenient. A variety of nice restaurants nearby is a bonus."

"Melanie and the receptionist on the late shift made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, even making the TV work when I arrived. - wanted to watch the tennis!. Very impressed with your snack bar at the reception - a suggestion a few ALTERNATIVES for DIABETICS and GLUTEN FREE SUFFERS I went to the recommended restaurant- excellent. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you. ☺️🇬🇧"

"We were on the ground floor, and it was noisy because the room was adjacent to the roadway and the trams. Someone left the doors to the outdoor area open before we arrived, and it had rained and wet the carpet in the room in front of the doors. Not ideal."

Luxury time

"Terrific hotel. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The staff from reception to management, to bar, to restaurant, to cleaners are all exceptional. Best customer service. The foid and cocktails were delicious. Room service was super prompt & divine. Luxurious bed. Best pillows. Room was spacious. Had great amenities. I was able to do my work. The bathroom was fabulous. Spacious shower with eady access. Rain shower head and accessible shower head. Lovely toiletries. Large tv with somevFoxtel channels & chromcast. Best buffet breakfast. All so fresh. Outdoor pool was great. Clean not too much chemicals which was perfect. There was a gym but notv my thing. Great warm atmosphere. Attention to details. Village cinema in comolex. Close to shopping. Close to many tourist destinations. Was so lovely I extended my stay. Especially for room and the wonderful attentive staff. Looking forward tonstayingbagain in June with family in tow this time. Cannot recommend my experience any more. "
