Cozy Cottage on Lake Champlain with Incredible Views and Outdoor Space!

That quaint little Vermont cottage you've always imagined...right on the lake!

Our intimate little lake house is the perfect spot to kick back, relax and take in the gorgeous views. Enjoy an afternoon on the water with access from our private dock and spend the evening grilling with friends on our large deck.

Take a stroll down the incredible Colchester Causeway, take the bike path into Burlington to try out one of the many amazing restaurants, or hop in the car and take the windy roads up to Waterbury and Stowe for a day of touring the beautiful VT mountains.

Ideal Retreat in Malletts Bay
This home exceeded our expectations! It was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of extra linens for everyone, and the kitchen had all the essentials. If you’re looking for the perfect lakeside escape, this is the place!

Great Property with a Beautiful View
Possibly the cutest VBRO I’ve ever stayed in. The view was breathtaking. The location was a short car ride away from Burlington and very close to several local restaurants. Beds were comfy and the property had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
