"Stayed there for 2 nights. It’s close to the train station and the city center. The staff were helpful in every aspect."

"This hotel holds a special place in my heart. It's right out the train station, but far enough away to not be bothered by the trains, right by Plaza de Armas, and the room was spotless. The staff was also incredibly nice, not just "customer-service nice", but genuinely interested in what we had to say and their breakfast was also great. I love this place, and when I inevitably visit Aguas Calientes again, I will totally by staying there again."
