"Lots of space for all to spread out. A good "home base" while we were in town for an Austin College water polo tournament. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups (bedrooms on one side, kitchen/dining on the other, living room and tv/washer/dryer in the middle) so sound doesn't carry. You can be together but also spread out. We kept one car in the garage, also. Thank you for opening your home to us!"

"We enjoyed the kitchen and large dining table and a comfortably living room. The beds weren’t all that comfortable. The metal frame beds were very squeaky and the master bed sank in the middle. Most interior door stuck making them hard to open and close. The master bedroom door would close but didn’t latch enough to lock. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. "

"Great little property. Perfect for a fishing trip… It’s hard to find small economical properties anymore. This one fits just perfect and the host is always available and willing to help and answer any questions. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will look to stay again "
