"The hotel is right downtown, which means you can hear the busy bustle from below even 10 floors up. But the views from the room are nice. I opted for the executive room which was huge with windows on two sides. Breakfast was good at the attached large restaurant. The free airport shuttle is nice. "

Also the hotel has an amazing roof top view of Kigali both during the day and at night. I would highly recommend Ubumwe Grande Hotel in Kigali to anyone visiting Kigali. "We had an amazing stay at Ruhondo. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, particular mention to Jana 😊. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. We had a lovely walk/hike along the lakeside and up into the village together with a gaggle of local children - more and more joined us as we walked 😊. The location is very peaceful and I would thoroughly recommend "
