Terrible A/C. This is not the staff's fault at all. They really knocked themselves out to make it work. The faultiness is due to inadequate maintenance or basic design. Also the window did not close properly and the noise outside, from some street cryer, was incessant. I can't possibly recommend this hotel and I feel the management makes it hard on the staff who really work hard. They are first line and this is simply not fair. They were fantastic!

The service provided is excellent. The staff are very friendly. Airport pickup was on time and friendly driver. Very spacious rooms with good views. Location is very convenient for people who like to access shops easily and various amenities at walking distance.

Great Hotel
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered with variety of food. The location of the hotel is closed to downtown which was convenient to me. There is a big shopping mall about 5 minutes walk. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean, great pressure and instant hot water in the shower. The restaurant was okay. Theyvplayed Karaoke the whole time we had dinner. That part was rather obnoxious. They have aurport shuttle which us bery convenient and the airport isxonly an hour away. The surrounding area is very busy but we felt very safe walking around.

Top notch service
From the airport pick up to the conversation all the way to the hotel, the dynamic duo of Nancy and Oliver were delightful and very professional. The service is top notch and i am very impressed. Dinner was nice, breakfast was okay and overall for the budget, the hotel was good. Location im not so sure as i only spent 1 night but the service makes up for everything.

The property is satisfactory overall. However, the hotel needs to improve its shuttle service. Although they advertise providing shuttle services, the current arrangement requires guests to adhere to the hotel's schedule, which may not always align with individual plans. It would be beneficial if the hotel could offer more flexible shuttle timings to better accommodate guests' needs.
