The elevator is very unique and gives you the vintage feeling of the time. Although, I guess… even the carpet is original… this vintage hotel is so wonderful, but they do need new carpets asap (the old carpet gives the hotel a cheap, weird vibe). They need to figure out how to incorporate a new carpet with an antique style. Bedroom was ok beautiful decorated...

"We stayed for one night in transit between destinations. The waitress at dinner was welcoming and provided great service, but all other staff we encountered were indifferent to our presence. The hotel seemed to cater only to a large tour group there that night, and our room was dated and uncomfortable. We won’t be returning."
