"Up 4 Flights of Stairs (5th floor for us Americans) and no elevator. That was not in the description or we would have booked another place. We had luggage and were traveling with seniors. The host was not responsive. He provided an incorrect code for the door. Luckily someone in our party guessed the last digit was wrong or we might still be waiting to get in. "The appartment is great and we could easily reach the center by walking. The only caveat for us was the parking situation for our large van. We ended up either sometimes not paying/renewing the parking fee, we were lucky not getting caught, or parking outside of the restricted zone."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rennes. Linda met us for check-in providing a great orientation of the property. The unit is well located near the Colombier and Malbais métro stations with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The unit is spacious, well appointed and even has little chairs, stools and toys for the kids. We only stayed three nights but this is a location worth much longer. Next time we’re in Rennes this is where we’ll stay!"

"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."
