Welcome to our home in Cody, Wyoming. This 3 bedroom 2 bath end-unit townhouse has been completely updated with new bedding and furnishings. This home is well equipped for a large family, 2 families with children or 2-3 couples. We have a port-a-crib available for the tiny one. It is just minutes from downtown Cody and Shoshone River access. The main floor features two bedrooms - one with a king bed and 32" Roku Smart TV, and the other with a queen. The basement provides a separate large recreation room with a large sectional couch, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and a large third bedroom with 4 twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with new dishes and wares for your cooking needs. The dining table seats six, with additional casual dining nearby at the coffee table in the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back patio while enjoying the mountain views. The Shoshone Riverway Trail Access starts just outside the rear yard gate. Here, you can enjoy picnicking, fishing, hiking, biking, walking, rafting, paddle boarding, and birding. There is one onsite parking spot in the driveway, with several additional parking spots next door in the cul-de-sac (a single-bay garage can also be rented upon request for an additional fee). This property is owner-managed by a local family. We are available to answer your questions, give recommendations, and meet any special needs that might arise.

We stayed here in May '22 and enjoyed it so when we were returning in March we knew where we wanted to book. Great location, everything we needed was provided and the house was just as clean and comfortable and our previous stay. We will book here again in the future.

We had a great stay in Cody. The house was very clean, comfortable, and there was everything we needed to fix a quick meal after a long day on the road. The kids loved having their own space in the basement. It is within walking distance from the downtown and its stores and restaurants.

Hockey Weekend
Clean, quiet and well stocked rental that fit our family perfectly. We were in Cody for hockey games and this rental was perfect for a family dinner and resting up in between games. It was also close to the rink which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town several days for a hunting trip. The house is at the end of a cul de sac, very quiet, grassy park type area next to property that was great for our dogs. House had a great layout, good climate control, and comfortable mattresses. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for family!
I'd booked this sweet place for my boys (35 & 25), sister & I, wasn't disappointed in the least! Lots of room for everyone, yet cozy at the same time. Very much like home. Was great having a washer & dryer, that's very handy to have! We were all very sad to leave, since we'd all lived there in town years ago. Would happily do it again!

This house was just as advertised! The home is functional, with an open living/dining/kitchen space, which is where the adults spent most of our time! There is an extra living room with TV in the basement, which is where the kids spent most of their time:)! The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Julia was also excellent to work with!! The booking process was easy, we had check-in details the morning of and she left great check-out instructions! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Family vacation
How wonderful seeing a selection of story books for children in downstair bedroom ! We really liked how there was no tv in upstairs main area so could visit without distractions. One was on bottom floor in comfortable den for enjoyment with plenty of seating. Would recommend this home to anyone who wanted to be close to East entrance of Yellowstone. The 50 miles to park has been named most scenic in America!

We had a great stay for the wedding we were attending. The house was very clean and the host did an amazing job with communication. When we did have to reach out she was very timely and extremely helpful. The kids loved the separate basement area. The location is very central and very easy to get everywhere we needed to be. Loved the coffee beans and grinder! :)

Destination Cody through Yellowstone East Gate
We flew West from the Deep South to introduce our grandsons to Yellowstone and The Grand Teton National Parks. Cody WY was an add-on adventure. Our accommodations were perfectly suited for our group of 5. We all enjoyed 2 nights of rest and warm showers. Even our clothes were washed and dried. Great collection of books for young and old … especially enjoyed the short stories by Tom Hanks!

Great location. Just what we needed
We were in Cody for a working vacation and this duplex was exactly what we needed. Located very close to downtown with easy access to Sheridan Ave and walking distance to the river walk. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors were very kind and quiet. The only thing I would add is a crock pot. We were gone during the day the week we were there and it would have been convenient to be able to have a quick dinner ready but overall we had nothing to complain about! Thank you Julie for making our stay comfortable.

Great location and very clean and comfortable. We walked from downtown at the shoot out outside Irma’s restaurant back to the house. Also close to walking trail along the River but wear long sleeves, lots of biting flies. Back upstairs bedroom could use room darkening curtains. We didn’t have kids but downstairs area would be perfect for kids and teenagers, their own bathroom and living room.
