"This place is at the top of a hill. There’s nothing at walking distance but the view is breathtaking. The service was amazing and the responsiveness excellent. If you’re looking for a very quiet place to relax, this small hotel is perfect. Hard to get to it though."

"This was an excellent choice for a place to stay in La Spezia. I am so happy that i booked this hotel. The decor was modern. The staff was excellent and very welcoming. Even the people staying at the hotel were friendly. The breakfast was great as well amd had a good variety of food to choose from. The room was comfortable and I had a huge balcony. "This place exceed expectations, the church and naturist vibe were amazing. Who needs a TV or AC anyhow. Amazing views of the ocean, nice outside area with tables for enjoying a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. Went in July and even without AC temperatures overnight was in the low 60F. Close to two trails to Monterosso and Vernazza. For the true hiker who wants to be away from the tourist this place is the perfect fit"

"Best view in Santa Margherita Ligure. Large balconies that you can enjoy a drink and the view from. Truly convenient central location. And if you need a snack they have ice creams, soft drinks etc in the foyer, open 24 hours for convenience. The perfect party place in summer."

"This hotel was amazinggg! My bf and I loved the hotel because of its view and also location was great close to the castle and the sightseeing areas. The breakfast was also good. The property is close to the bus station as well. The only thing I didnt like was the bed which were two beds they connect to each other. Other than that loved this hotel"

"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"A corner room with the bathroom in triangular shape In the bathroom was no heating and it was ice cold on the floor and everywhere, there was also no extractor fan for bad smells and the only way to get some warmth in the bathroom was by leaving the bathroom door open all the time. All b all an unpleasant experience and a single room which was sold for a double with a paid for upgrade "

"The staffs are friendly. The room is clean. The location is centrally to the train and restaurant. The most highlight is all staff are friendly and warm hospitality."

"We spent eight beautiful days in Rapalo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times room was beautifully decorated and met our expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and couldn’t say enough about the staff. Dinner was just OK at the restaurant. A bit overpriced for what we were served overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"Margherita's apartment has a beautiful coastal feel, and view off the balcony could not be any better. The apartment is the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed at in any country. Margherita is a delight and very responsive. Monterosso is the village to stay in Cinque Terre and then visit the other villages from this home base. The restaurants, shops, and more expansive space provides for a less touristy place to stay. We loved every minute! Grazie mille Margherita!!"

"We had an excellent time at this unique property. The views and location were amazing. It was a short walk to the old town part of Monterosso for groceries, restaurants, or shopping. Also, I would highly recommend the hike to Vernazza, but don’t forget to bring the hiking poles that the property provided."
