"This was the perfect house for my family! So convenient to the beach and other amenities…we didn’t drive all weekend! The icing on the cake was the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, Todd. The A/C went out during Memorial Day weekend and the Todd responded immediately. The A/C was fixed before we got home from the beach! I will absolutely stay here again and try any other property hosted by Todd"

"We had a wonderful time at Parlor on Park. The house was beautiful and inviting, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect; we just hopped on the trolley and were quickly at the Riverwalk area. We also loved being so close to Forsyth Park, which made for great morning walks. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the conveniences, and the living space was spacious. We will definitely be back."

"Owner needs to improve check in procedure regarding Sea Pines passes. Passed should be included with rental price and mailed to renter in advance. Pool was not clean and could not be used. Normally with rentals you get complimentary soaps and shampoos, shower gels, etc. These were not provided..not a problem if renter knows in advance. Bikes were provided which was a big plus. Truly a great house for a big group."

"While the property was neat, clean, and functional to meet our needs, I was concerned that the three story wooden building had no fire escapes. Our apartment was on the second floor with only a wooden staircase for entrance and egress. There were two smoke detectors on the second floor: one in the kitchen that worked and a smoke detector in the living room that was too high up for me to test but looked as if it might have been non-functioning."

We had to go out and purchase additional toilet paper. Ran out after the 3rd day. If you go here, make sure you bring any tissues, napkins and such. "The condo was as listed. The outside pool and grounds are a mess. The pool area was infested with ants that bite. In return the beach in that area was infested. If we sat to right of that area on beach no ants. We played pickleball but the grounds to get to courts were overgrown and courts have seen there day. The pool had mold around the edges and was missing tile. Where is the association fees going."

"Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Close to local coffee shops & a large Kroger grocery store. There were multiple cockroaches around the house (entryway & in each bedroom). Albeit they were dead, it was still clear that the floors had not been swept. Overall, would recommend this to large groups/families. All appliances were in working condition & aside from the cockroaches (which it is an older house so somewhat expected) everything was clean."

"Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. "We went down for a week stay in Hilton Head. The property was great and within walking distance to the beach plus the multiple pools on site was a great addition for our kids. Only downfall to the whole trip was that if you are on the bottom floor, you can hear every step of those above you and especially any children that run wild upstairs. Trip went great and we expect to visit again!"
