"We had a harbor view room. 4th floor. 50$ extra to stay on the 5th or 6th floors. 4th is perfectly fine. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. We checked out the sauna, whirlpool and pool. We did not use them. But they appeared to be maintained well. Coffee shop has good coffee. The restaurant staff on the 2nd floor was very nice to us. Fantastic dirty martini. We had a great time. Highly recommend. "

"I came to town for a surgery. There was a little issue with the charge but the staff took their time to resolve it appropriately. The staff was so helpful, polite, and accommodating overall! From the room placement, wheelchair availability and access, free water, free made-to-order breakfast, free happy hour... everything was amazing. Before surgery I was able to enjoy the amenities. I loved the hot tub. The pool was heated and there was a small gym. I had a package delivered. I will definitely be back!"

Room clean, bed not so comfortable, Hotel was incredible actually, the ONLY issue i had was just 1 very rude counter person that gave my son a hard time over buying a softdrink out of lobby. Treated him like he was bothering her and then just yelled at him to just take it because she didnt want to deal with it, then as he started to walk off started hollaring about paying for it."
