"Really nice hotel, spa was nice. The suites could use some upgrades (the windows) there was water between the glass panels so the view couldn’t be enjoyed as much as it should have been. Especially when the heat was on full as it was -3 and it was just cloudy window panes. "

"The room was small, and some of the furniture was dated and damaged (knocked chipped), but it was clean. The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. Would we stay here again yes but maybe upgrade the room choice "

"I booked a last minute stay due to bad weather travelling home for work. Room was lovely and warm with quality bedding and towels. Tea and coffee as well as water in the room which was great. Fabulous breakfast and lovely service. "

"Very helpful friendly staff. Food was good and tasty. Room had a couple of cobwebs however clean bedding and bathroom. Nice and warm for January temperatures. Lovely clean carpets throughout with clean upholstered chairs. There were scuffs on the wood panelling throughout and some paint needed attention "
