"My husband and I stayed one night in the Hotel Coca Imperial. The front desk worker was fantastic. He was helpful, he was caring, and he did everything in his power to help our stay, including helping with laundry service. However, the room was not very clean, including finding used/chewed gum on one of the headboards, hair in the sink, and hair in the shower. The window in the bedroom would not lock and the window above the shower would not close. Bottom line, I'd hire the front desk people if...

"Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!"
