Refined details in an open-air ambience, swimming pool in every house, water ponds with flowers and a very relaxing tropical mood. The perfect balance between hi-class comfort and warm beach natural vibe. We took great care of interior design and garden development, as well as eco-friendly energy use with LED lighting, solar panels, water recycling bio-filters and more. The villas are fully equipped and we offer housecleaning service every morning, so when you come back from surfing or sunbathing in the pristine beach you will find your villa just like new.

Agua Marina in June
We loved the house and all the comfortable accommodations. We were not prepared for a heavy early rainy season and the conditions of the roads. So we would recommend a high clearance SUV. We had to cancel a fishing trip to Tamarindo because the time and distance was too far. Our host gave us great restaurant suggestions on WhatsApp—printed menus or websites for them at the house would be even better. Info on nearby things to do would be good too.

Guido hace que toda fluya y consigue todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea un experiencia única. Juan, es un gran profesor de surf y tiene una paciencia infinita con los niños. Beautiful beach house steps from Playa Hermosa
Casas de Agua is a beautiful compound of houses in Playa Hermosa, Santa Teresa. Our family absolutely LOVED staying at Agua Marina. The house is perfect for a family or group of 4 that wants peace and quiet near the beach. The home is brand new and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the essentials for an extended stay. The homes are cleaned every single day. The location is perfect as it's a short walk to the beach - a beach perfect for small children and beginner to advanced surfers. The hosts are extremely nice and happy to provide recommendations on where to eat, surf lessons, and anything else you might need during your stay. There's a small grocery store that is a 2 minute walk from the house, a great little wood fire pizza restaurant next door, and a larger grocery plus restaurants a short drive away. We have already booked our next trip to stay at this awesome retreat!

A wonderful time at a wonderful place!!!
We all love being pampered y Hotel personnel just as much as we love being in the safety and private confort of our home... well, now we have discovered how to have both! Casas de agua is your home away from home with the discret and oportune (never invasive) services of a chamber maid and maintenance guys you grow fond of rather quickly! Your own swimming pool (perfect size and depth too) and I'm 6.3 and 260 pounds so not many swimming pools accomodate me! Mangos, wáter apples and Star fruits on the property you can hand pick as you stroll to your condo... Trust me, you'll have the time of your life!

We spent an unforgetable vacation in this place. Houses are really confortable, modern equipment, location is fantastic, and we received the warmest services ever. Close to an amazing beach which is also a great place to surf. Pools and wooden deck gives a good space for relax. Also close to very good and recomended restaurants. No doubts that we will be back.

OHHH what a Place!!!
Espectacular open air luxury Villa, perfect for this part of the world, it has a lot of Bali style but really modern and efficient constructions, there are four villas ,all of them are amazing and well designed,, i love ours because we are a small family and the rooms set up were great for us , gorgeous pool connected to the wooden deck and living room,, it wasn't my first time in the area but what i liked more was that the houses are not in main town and situated at marvelous playa hermosa, 1 mile north, which is perfect for beginners surfers like me , close to Koji s my favorite restaurant in the world, and to the best yoga sessions in town, i love it and for sure i can highly recommended.
