"It was quiet area. I was unable to contact host on arrival, it is an out of way location, quite stressful. It worked out but id suggest a sign at gate so guest knows they are in right place, plus an intercom or bell. I went in order to have a quiet place, it definitely delivered. The view was really great. The distance from food and shops was far. With no fridge, microwave or coffeemaker, options were limited. "This is a beautiful and unique property on a hillside in Guayaquil. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pool overlooking the city. The rooms and showers are really quirky and spacious. Delicious food is available for lunch and dinner on request. You do need to take a taxi or Uber to other parts of the city because it is isolated from urban neighborhoods. I stayed here for five nights while on a business trip and was so happy to have a tranquil retreat. "
