"For some reason our room smelled like someone smoked there. The room service didn’t refill our coffee cups and cream/sugar. When we checked in we also were missing hand towels for some reason. "

"Nice rooms and entire facility looks great. Pool area is very nice. Only issue was that the tv in one of the 2 rooms we rented would not pull in more than 3 stations. Staff offered a solution that did not work - were told maintenance would show up in the morning. Checking out in the morning, so that was not helpful. The girl who worked at breakfast was so sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here."

"Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, convenient free parking, great river front location and excellent bed and bedding. Rooms provide a large living room, complete kitchenette, nice bathrooms and nice bedroom with a view of the river. Hotel is clean and staff are great."
